If you have any questions regarding the submission of a new claim (i.e., a loss that has not yet been reported to Sedgwick), please contact Sedgwick’s Loss Taking Team at (866) 215-5227.

If you have already submitted your claim to Sedgwick, please contact the Handling Rep assigned to your file.  If you do not recall/know who the Handling Rep is that’s been assigned to your file, please refer the Check Status section of this website or email claimassistant@sedgwickcms.com for assistance. Please remember to reference your 9-digit claim number when contacting Sedgwick.
